NIGHT ITACON IS A CLOSED EVENT RESERVED ONLY to people holding a valid invitation. To get an invitation you need to book a Pass and be able to deposit the agreed subscription. Booking a Pass you accept to become part of the no-profit cultural ass. FantasyEvents.

Night ItaCon will be held at Admiral Park Hotel in Zola Predosa (Bologna) from 31st August till 2nd September 2012.

VIP and BLOODY Passes are limited.

All Extra Option not included in a Pass may be booked separately, together or after booking your Convention Pass.
To book an extra Option you need to associate it to a Pass. It is not possible to take part to the event without a valid Pass.

- Entry to the exclusive Welcome Cocktail where guests will stop by fans's table (ava only to Bloody and VIP Pass owners)

- 1 autograph per actor guest attending the Con

- Opportunity to take part in each and every contest

- Opportunity to access the merchandising room

- Opportunity to book one or more autographs or Photo-ops, apart the ones already included in the Pass

- Opportunity to book the Night Ball and other gigs

- Customized Personal Badge to keep

- Entrance to a surprise event

€ 600 ( if booked in one installment , contribution is reduced by € 20 )

The V.I.P. Pass is the Ultimate Pass for all Vampire and underwordly creatures fan, only a very few are available and they include:

- Entry during the whole event

- The best seats in the main room

- Access to all Q&A with Guests

- Entry to the exclusive Welcome Cocktail where guests will stop by fans's table (ava only to Bloody and VIP Pass owners)

- Entry to the Let's Party, the participants welcome party

- Entry to the Night Ball , where a few lucky ones will have the chance to dance with the guests attending the ball

- 1 autograph per actor guest attending the Con

- 1 Photo op with 1 actor guest, to be chosen previously

- 1 single Group Photo op with the guests

- Opportunity to take part in each and every contest

- Opportunity to access the merchandising room

- Opportunity to book one or more autographs or Photo-ops, apart the ones already included in the Pass

- Customized Personal Badge to keep

- a very special meet&greet with the Guests (Holders of a VIP Pass will be carried to another location for this private meeting, transportation will be organized by FantasyEvents)

PEOPLE UNDER 16 YRS OF AGE WILL HAVE TO BE ACCOMPANIED AND TAKEN CARE BY AN ADULT, either close relative or over 18 person with written proxy by legal guardian.
THE ADULT WILL HAVE RIGHT TO A REDUCED FEE. Children under 5 years will have FREE entrance.
Children between 5 and 10 will be allowed to subscribe to reduced fee (Puppy Pass), this Pass will not include any Photo-ops, Autograph, or limited entry events.

The reduced fee Pass gives only right to entry to event , no Photo-Ops, Autograph or closed event are included.

Extra Options

Autographs and Photo Ops do not include admission to the convention; you must have a Pass to get autographs or photo ops. It will be possible to book Photos and Autos ONLY at the event.

AUTOGRAPHS

This is your chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite guest. Autographs not included in your Pass will be done in booking order.
You must bring an item for the guest to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. The autograph ops are available in limited supply, please order soon.
Guests names and autographs details will be pubblished here.

PHOTO-OPS

This is your chance to have a Professional Photo with your favourite guest.
Photos are generally available for pick-up at the convention on the same day, if you have to leave before they are delivered, tell us we will find a solution.

NOTE: ALL PASSES AND EXTRA OPTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. ABSOLUTELY NO AUDIO OR VIDEOTAPING ALLOWED DURING THE CONVENTION.


By attending the Night ItaCon you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries, either filmed by Fantasy Events Staff or other entities.
