L’evento Night ItaCon è a numero chiuso, per partecipare è necessario fare richiesta per un Invito (Pass). Sarà possibile partecipare solo presentando l’invito ricevuto al momento del versamento della quota contributiva all’Ass. Culturale FantasyEvents.
Tutti i Pass sono a numero limitato. L’evento si svolgerà dal 31 Agosto al 2 Settembre 2012 a Zola Predosa (Bologna).
Night ItaCon is a closed number event, to take part at event you need to ask for an invitation (Pass). Only people holding the invitation (Pass) received once given a specified contribution to the association will have access. Booking a Pass you accept to become part of the no-profit cultural ass. FantasyEvents.
Passes are limited. Event will be held in Zola Predosa (Bologna) from 31st August till 2nd September 2012.
Sarà possibile prenotare Foto ed Autografi solo presso la sede dell’evento, qualora non compresi nel Pass prescelto, sempre secondo disponibilità degli stessi. La prenotazione di un’opzione Extra non include l’accesso all’evento se non associata ad un Pass valido.

Il V.I.P. Pass è l’Ultimate Pass per i fan delle creature sovrannaturali , sono estremamente limitati e comprendono / The V.I.P. Pass is the Ultimate Pass for all Vampire and underwordly creatures fan, only a very few are available and they include:

PER I MINORENNI SOPRA I 16 ANNI (COMPIUTI) E’ SUFFICIENTE PORTARE UN’AUTORIZZAZIONE SCRITTA DA PARTE DEI TUTORI LEGALI.
TUTTI I MINORI SOTTO I 16 ANNI DOVRANNO ESSERE ACCOMPAGNATI DA UN ADULTO (ossia sopra i 18 anni), PARENTE STRETTO O CON DELEGA DEI TUTORI LEGALI DEL MINORE e fotocopia del documento del tutore che ha firmato la delega.
PASS ACCOMPAGNATORE :
L’accompagnatore del minorenne avrà diritto ad una quota contributiva ridotta per l’ingresso ai 3 giorni dell’evento (€ 50). I bambini tra i 5 e i 10 anni potranno versare una quota ridotta (Puppy Pass) richiedendola a Pass(at)fantasyevents.it Tale quota non comprende autografi, foto od ingressi ad eventi ristretti. I minori dovranno sempre essere tenuti sotto controllo dall’adulto accompagnatore.
Il Pass accompagnatore può anche venir prenotato da una persona che abbia prenotato un Pass, non ridotto, che desideri farsi accompagnare all’evento dal proprio fidanzato.
Il Pass accompagnatore dà solo diritto all’ingresso all’evento, non sono inclusi autografi, foto, o accesso ad eventi a numero chiuso, sarà permesso l’accesso in sala solo in caso di disponibilità di posti. Sono previste delle attività alternative per gli accompagnatori.
I bambini sotto i 5 anni entreranno GRATUITAMENTE.
COMPANION PASS
PEOPLE UNDER 16 YRS OF AGE WILL HAVE TO BE ACCOMPANIED AND TAKEN CARE BY AN ADULT, either close relative or over 18 person with written proxy by legal guardian.
THE ADULT WILL HAVE RIGHT TO A REDUCED FEE. Children under 5 years will have FREE entrance.
Children between 5 and 10 will be allowed to subscribe to reduced fee (Puppy Pass), this Pass will not include any Photo-ops, Autograph, or limited entry events.
The companion Pass can also be used, in case a participant will be accompanied by his fiance
The reduced fee Pass gives only right to entry to event , no Photo-Ops, Autograph or closed event are included; Access to Q&A room will be allowed only in the case of seating availability. Alternative activities are envisaged for companions, no activity is compulsory.
Opzioni Extra
La Vostra occasione per avvicinare ed interagire con gli ospiti. Alcune di queste opzioni sono già incluse nei pacchetti VIP e Bloody, per cui fate attenzione al tipo di Pass che scegliete e alle opzioni extra che desiderate. Vi ricordiamo che per partecipare ad un’Opzione Extra è necessario essere in possesso di un Pass valido. / This is your chance to meet our guests and interact with them, some of these options are already included in VIP and Bloody Pass so, please be careful, before subscribing to an extra option that you don’t already have it.
- Welcome Cocktail Venerdì. Avrete la possibilità di dare il benvenuto agli ospiti interventi all’evento. Ogni attore si fermerà al vostro tavolo per parlare con voi. Durata: un’ora circa. Drink e snack inclusi. Questo evento è compreso esclusivamente nei pacchetti Bloody e VIP. Non è possibile prenotarlo separatamente; / Welcome Cocktail On Friday. During an hour you will have the chance to Welcome our guests. Drink and snacks included. This event is ONLY available to VIP and Bloody Pass owners. It is NOT possible to book it for other Passes;
- € 25 Night Ball Sabato. Dopo cena questa è l’occasione per i fan di partecipare alla festa in costume dedicata alla loro serie preferita insieme agli Ospiti dell’evento.Tra le partecipanti al Ballo verranno sorteggiate alcune fortunate che avranno la possibilità di fare un ballo con gli attori presenti. Dopo un paio di giri di danza, gli attori avranno la possibilità di fermarsi in sala a fare quattro chiacchere con le fan. Evento a numero limitato è incluso solo nel VIP Pass. I possessori di altri tipi di Pass devono versare la quota contributiva extra del Ball per partecipare. / € 25 Night Ball On Saturday. People taking part at the ball will have the chance to win a dance with the guests. An after dinner chance for participants to gather and have fun during this costume Ball. This event is included only in the VIP package, other people wishing to take part will have to subscribe to the Ball exptra option. This is closed number event.
- Thè o Caffè? Domenica. Evento limitato ad un massimo di 40 persone, non incluso in alcun pacchetto. La possibilità di parlare con uno degli attori stando seduti allo stesso tavolo per una lunga colazione in allegria. I dettagli per la partecipazione verranno pubblicati più avanti. / Tea or Coffe ? Sunday. A very long Breakfast with our guests. Limited event to only 40 people not included in any package, details will be given as Con approaches.
Le opzioni Extra, e le opzioni Autografo e Foto non includono l’ammissione alla Con. Per poter accedere è necessario avere versato la quota contributiva per un Pass associato. Sarà possibile prenotare Foto ed Autografi non inclusi nei Pass direttamente all’evento. / Autographs and Photo Ops do not include admission to the convention; you must have a Pass to get autographs or photo ops.
AUTOGRAFI
La vostra chance di farvi firmare un autografo personalizzato dal vostro attore preferito. Gli autografi non inclusi nei Pass saranno eseguiti in base all’ordine di prenotazione sul posto.
Potete portare qualcosa di vostro o acquistare una foto o un oggetto ufficiale alla Con.
This is your chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite guest. Autographs not included in your Pass will be done in booking order.
You must bring an item for the guest to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. The autograph ops are available in limited supply, please order soon.
PHOTO-OPS
La vostra possibilità di avere una foto professionale a tu per tu con il vostro ospite preferito. Di solito è possibile ritirare le Foto effettuate direttamente alla Con, nella tarda serata. Se dovete lasciare la Con prima che siano state consegnate, informateci, troveremo una soluzione alternativa.
This is your chance to have a Professional Photo with your favourite guest.
Photos are generally available for pick-up at the convention on the same day, if you have to leave before they are delivered, tell us we will find a solution.
