Night ItaCon 2012

La Night ItaCon si svolgerà a Bologna dal 31 Agosto al 2 Settembre 2012.

Durante lo svolgimento della Con i partecipanti potranno assistere a:

- Interventi sul palco di tutti gli ospiti, individualmente o in coppia. Gli ospiti interverranno almeno una volta al giorno. I partecipanti all’evento potranno rivolgere le loro domande direttamente agli ospiti presenti.

- Sessioni Autografi e Photo Op. La maniera più facile per incontrare gli attori, farsi firmare un autografo e scattare una foto professionale con loro.

- Concorso Cosplayer e sessioni di trucco

- Welcome Cocktail Venerdì 31Agosto (accesso limitato) Gli ospiti si fermeranno tra i tavoli delle fans per fare due chiacchere in tranquillità. Riservato ai possessori di VIP e Bloody Pass. Non è prenotabile separatamente.

- Let’s Party. Una festa riservata a tutte le partecipanti alla ItaCon.

- Night Ball Sabato 1 Settembre (accesso limitato). Il ballo in maschera (facoltativa) dove potersi divertire tutti insieme e dove alcune fortunate potranno vincere un ballo con gli attori. Incluso nei VIP Pass, prenotabile versando la quota contributiva prevista nelle Opzione Extra per i possessori di altri tipi di Pass.

- Meet & Greet con gli attori. riservato ai possessori del VIP Pass, permetterà un incontro speciale ed in luogo riservato con il cast partecipante all’evento.

- Karaoke Night

- Thè o Caffè Domenica 2 Settembre (accesso limitato). Una lunga colazione in compagnia degli attori. NON incluso in alcun Pass.

- Sezione International Fansite Forum Discussion. L’opportunità per i fan di incontrarsi e parlare con i rappresentanti dei fansite internazionali più popolari.

- Sezione Fanfic

Al momento l’elenco è solo provvisorio. Con il passare del tempo e l’avvicinarsi della Con è possibile che vengano organizzati ulteriori eventi in cui si potrà avere occasione di incontrare gli attori.

Night ItaCon will be held in Bologna from August 31st to September 2nd 2012.

During the Convention you will be able to take part in:

- Q&A Panel with all the guests, alone or in group, each guest will appear at least once each day for one hour. Fans will be able to ask their questions directly to the guests .

- Autograph and Photo Op. The easiest way to meet the actors asking for a personalized autograph or a professional pic with them.

- Cosplayer Contest and Make-up session

- Welcome Cocktail(limited access) Available only to VIP and Bloody Pass owners. It will not be possible to book it separately. On Friday 31st August. Drink and snacks included. Each guest will stop by your table to have a little chat with you.

- Let’s Party . A party to welcome all participants to the event to get to know each other better and have lots of fun.

- Night Ball, (limited access) Saturday 1st September.This special event is included only in the VIP Pass, other Pass owners can book it separately. Do we need to say anything about this ? Guest cast will take part in this wonderful costume (optional) ball to mingle with you . Where you will have a chance to win a dance with one of the guests.

- Tea or Coffee? (limited access) Sunday 2nd August. A long breakfast with our guests.

– Karaoke Night

- International Fansite Forum Discussion. The chance to meet and talk to representatives of the most popular international fansites.

- Fanfic session

List of activities is still momentary and might grow with Convention date nearing, with more chances to meet&greet our guest stars.
